Return & Refund Policy

Our Return Window Due to the nature of our products — fresh flowers, balloons, and plants — we have a 2-day return policy. You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request a return or report an issue.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions once your return is approved. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items Because we specialize in perishable goods, most of our products — including fresh flowers, plants, and balloons — cannot be returned once delivered. Custom orders, personalized arrangements, sale items, and gift cards are also final sale.

Exchanges — Our Preferred Solution We strongly encourage exchanges over returns, especially for floral arrangements, balloons, and plants. If something isn't right, reach out within 2 days and we'll work with you to find the perfect replacement. The fastest path is to contact us directly so we can arrange a new item for you.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at sweetpetalsusa@gmail.com.
