Can't find exactly what you're picturing? Design it yourself. Tell us the flowers and colors you love, and our florists will build a bouquet just for you, by hand, in our Brooklyn shop.
How It Works
- Choose a size: Small (up to 3 flower types), Medium (up to 5 types) or Large (up to 8 types).
- Type the flowers you want, such as roses, tulips, lisianthus, hydrangeas or sunflowers, and any colors you prefer.
- Or choose Mixed and let our florists pick a beautiful combination from the freshest flowers of the day.
Good to Know
- If a flower you request isn't available that day, we'll substitute something similar in style, color and value, and may contact you to confirm.
- Seasonal flowers like peonies are only available at certain times of year.
- Order by 6 PM for same-day delivery across Brooklyn and NYC.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will these flowers last?
With proper care, most fresh arrangements last about 7 to 14 days. Trim the stems at an angle, change the water every two days, remove leaves below the waterline and keep the flowers away from direct sun, heat and fruit.
Can I get this arrangement delivered today?
Yes. Order by 6 PM for same-day delivery anywhere in NYC, or call (718) 255-3477 for rush orders.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Every arrangement is made by hand to match the photo as closely as possible. If a specific flower is unavailable that day, our florists substitute blooms of similar color, style and value.
Can I include a personal card message?
Yes. Add your card message when you order and we will include it with your flowers.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your flowers, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the arrangement. Approved requests receive a one-time replacement of equal or greater value. We do not offer cash refunds, and exchange requests cannot be handled by phone or WhatsApp.
